FuNTech Congratulates Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kotchaphan Kanjana on Receiving the Top Cited Paper Award 2025

The Center of Excellence in Functional Materials and Nanotechnology (FuNTech) would like to extend its congratulations to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kotchaphan Kanjana, a faculty member of the School of Science, on the occasion of receiving the Top Cited Paper Award 2025 from the international journal Carbon Resources Conversion.

The awarded paper, entitled“Activated carbon derived from radiation-processed durian shell for energy storage application,” is one of the research works conducted by Ms. Phonpimon Numee and was published during her Master’s degree study at Walailak University, under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kotchaphan Kanjana.

This prestigious award reflects the high quality and outstanding impact of the research in the field of biomass resource conversion for energy applications. It also highlights the significant role of FuNTech in supporting and developing the potential of young researchers, enabling them to produce research outputs that gain recognition at the international level.
