New publication from PEWave lab

Recently, our productive PEWave lab has published an article "Microwave drying for production of rehydrated foods: A case study of stink bean (Parkia speciosa) seed" in Applied Sciences 2021, 11, 2918. This work has been implemented for the SME, Chammanad Dried Bitter Beans, which help to increase value for the local produces in south of Thailand.
